The Product Key is not accepted

This problem can spring from various causes. Included here are the various possible causes and the steps necessary to solve the problem.

Possible causes:

You are attempting to unlock the product using the product key from another version of the product.
Solution:
Make sure that you have installed the same version of the product as that for which you have acquired the product key. If you discover that you have installed the wrong version, delete this version from your system and download the correct version.

Possible causes:

You have not typed in the product key exactly as it stands in the E-mail that confirmed your order.

Solution:
If you purchased directly from the our Online Shop, an E-mail containing the previously-purchased product key.
